FLU SEASON IS FAST APPROACHING!!!
H1N1 has been added to the seasonal flu vaccine this year. It will be available in mist form for healthy children 2 years and older, and shot form for children 6 months and older. Please contact our office after September 1st to schedule an appointment.
For your information, Michigan Department of Community Health has mandated that children who are entering into 6th grade and are now 11 years old, need to have a Tetanus/Pertussis, Meningitis, and Varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccines for school entrance.
We are very excited to announce that Dr. Crane will be joining us in July, 2010. Dr. Crane completed her undergraduate work at the University of Michigan, then attended Wayne State University Medical School, and completed her pediatric residency at Children's Hospital of Michigan. At Children's Hospital of Michigan she served as Chief Resident of Pediatrics and co-director of the Pediatric Residency Program.
Dr. Crane is a wonderful addition to our practice and we know you will like her as much as we do!
